I have enclosed with this memorandum some background material on the Teletechnology Community Forum Initiative. You will find a copy of the original letter that we sent explaining the West Virginia Rural Development Council's role and the initiative. Secondly, there is a list of organizations that have been working with us in an advisory capacity. Additionally, I have enclosed a portion of the proposal to the Appalachian Regional Commission which is ftunding this effort. Finally, I have added a proposed agenda for our planning meeting on July 18, 1996. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. I look forward to meeting with you on July 18.
