Craig Hartzell, Azimuth, Inc., and Judy McCauley, U.S. Department of Energy, Morgantown Energy Technology Center (METC), co-directed the conference.

* The event was held at Ramada Inn in Morgantown, and included a pre-conference VIP reception and a banquet address by Congressman Alan B. Mollohan.

* The conference included an organized tour of the regional business community. The tour represented a joint venture between Teaming to Win and area economic development authorities.

* Jack Hughes, Senior Vice President of ManTech International Corporation, and Carl Guerreri, President of Electronic Warfare Associates, presented business seminars during the conference.
