2003 Awards Nominations

The 14th Annual Teaming to Win Conference will bring many new faces and changes. A tradition of recognizing companies, individuals and organizations that have been instrumental in fostering a teaming environment continues. This year’s Conference will be held at the Mountaineer Race Track & Gaming Resort on Route 2, near Chester, West Virginia, May 28-29, 2003.

This call for nominations contains all of the information relative to the awards being presented during the Conference. Your assistance is needed in nominating those individuals and businesses that are truly deserving.

Please follow the guidelines in preparing and submitting nominations. Nominations for awards will be reviewed by the Teaming to Win Board of Directors for awardee selections.

·	Any individual, company or organization dedicated to teaming methods and approaches may be nominated.

·	Nominations shall be typewritten on 8.5 x 11 paper, one-side only, not to exceed five pages for each nomination including any attachments.

·	Nominations may be faxed, e-mailed, hand-delivered or postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2003 to the address at the top of the next column.

Each nomination should include the following as applicable:

·	A cover page with the nominee’s name, title, and business address.

·	The nominator’s name, title, business address and phone number.

·	A concise description of the qualities and performance, which merit the award.

·	Any other supporting documentation deemed to be significant by the nominator, including news clips, letters of recommendation, etc.
