Individual: $80 includes Wednesday Reception, Thursday Conference, Thursday Lunch, Thursday Panel Discussion,Thursday Dinner, Thursday Night Social, and Thursday One-on-One Sessions.

Wednesday Golf: $90

Exhibit Space: $100 per booth/exhibit space on a first-come basis
